I remember better now. You were there too. There is a Starbucks next door too. That hotel had some snacks and stuff out in the evening too.

Plus 1 for the Hampton Inn
Thunderbolt is a great track. Lot's of safe run off for most of the track. Watch out for the octopuss the first time around the track. Many an unsuspecting driver has been grabbed by this beast.

Ha. So true!!
I like to apex right on the mark going in (right hander) and tracking out about 2/3 of the way (looking right at the villas on the left) and then back to mid track for the balance of the octopus before bringing it in tight and aiming right at the turn in cone dead in front of me, but only getting 1/2 way to that cone and then bringing it in tight to the right and back out to mid track for the left hander. I am usually a bit early on that left curve, but it feels right for some reason.
Yes, it does indeed feel wrong no matter which line I take. So true.
What was this thread about again? Tires?

Suite: price ~$100
Dinner at the clubhouse: ~$25
Being able to go lie down with the AC cranked between sessions when it's 95 out: Priceless!

Last year I stayed at an amazing Airbnb place not far from the track but not sure if the host is still hosting.

This-
Prefer Fairfield Inn, relatively new, close to all of what Millville offers and the staff are always nice. Club house perfect for lunch, Winfield's outstanding, I think best restaurant in area.
