PCA North Country Region at Lime Rock Park plus a beer & wine social. Doesn't get much better than that!

Sign-up sheet says LRP strictly enforces 86db sound limitation.

Anyone know dbs of a stock GT4? Probably depends upon who's driving and how but wanted to know as I'd like to sign up.

I've driven LRP before, as have hundreds of other GT4s, so I'm trying to figure out what to make of it.

I will reach out to a friend with a GT4 to see if he has had it at Lime Rock. You could also start a new thread and ask the question to the board.

I'm signed up for Monday. First ever PCA event. Second time on Lime Rock track (but that other time was in an M4 so that doesn't count )

Looking forward to meeting everyone and learning how to properly drive a car weighted like a sledge hammer.

How does one go about signing up for the skidpad training? That sounds most helpful, not to mention fun.

Adam, Lee Carpentier will be running the skid pad training during our event. He is an excellent pro coach and will be bringing his skid pad Miatas. These cars are great training tools.

You will need to sign up directly with him for the skid pad and can reach him here:

Look forward to meeting you,
Cheers,
Dennis

I heard back from my friend with the stock GT4 He has been at LRP a few times and not been popped for sound but he said it's probably close at full chat. I know some folks up shift a little early to keep it down a little. Weather conditions and where they set up can make a big difference as well.

My understanding is that you can drive your car on the skid pad but check directly with Lee as this is his program. You also will sign up for a time slot with him at his website

Is it permissible and/or advisable to use a window mount video camera during DE events? Any rules against it?
