Nah, Ferrari would figure something out if Kimi was winning to make it "discretely" look like they didn't hand it to Seb and then hand it to Seb
I wish Kimi would win too, I love his unrivaled enthusiasm on podium

On this autocross course, the Red Bull's have the best package when outright power is not a factor. Ferrari has the longer wheelbase chassis this year and don't think it will rotate in the tight corners as well as last years car. Mercedes is sandbagging of course and we won't see their potential until Q2. Hard to predict given the near eventuality of a SC or VSC or a combination thereof, but I'll have to give the nod to Verstappen to win this one.

Force India technical director let the cat out of the bag and said that teams who start the race on anything except the hyper soft will have a huge advantage to go long in the race. Technical Director Andy Green says that the Hypersoft is 1 sec. faster than the ultrasoft but will go off the cliff faster, especially on a full fuel load. Keeping track position is most vital and not pitting until late in the race and then going onto the hyper soft is the way to go.

red bulls were strong in practice and look good for the race. i'm going to say that ricciardo's level-headed demeanor outwits crashstappen and wins. like to see the ferraris in the top 4.

Anyone know if there's a live feed of the Carrera Supercup Race?

I've been watching on espn.com Pretty impressive actually. They also have F2. Quite a few guys were hopping that curb but for some reason that last one seemed to make the engine go boom mid air!!

Equally surprising is Grosjean complaining about his car and everyone else on track on the radio!!! I wish the world feed would just mute him already LOL

I really want to give Verstappen the benefit of the doubt and say that surely, he's not going to throw it away EVERY race weekend..... but he just seems to not be able to find the limit without going over. I don't believe Sainz position had anything to do with his crash. He turned in too early, hit the barrier/apex and simply made another mistake.

Congrats to Ricciardo who was fastest in all 3 practice sessions and qualifying... Just needs to bring it home tomorrow.

Yeah, I thought Verstappen might be over this "phase" after getting a podium last race. However, he shown that he's back to his old self. We'll see if he can get into the points tomorrow.

DR looks tough to beat, but Vettel seemed to grin about the race start. It's going to be an interesting first lap and then probably processional the rest of the race.

Ricciardo ran a flawless race, kept away from Vettel even with ?? loss of power. Vercrashen moved up into the points, only made one dumb move!

I literally don’t understand how they can call this a race…
