Total hydroplane situation. A lift off the gas caused the car to spin. Running R888s. Driver was my son John.

Now that image is planted in my head for the upcoming wet weekend.
I hope he was not hurt.

Nah he was fine. Just upset about causing the damage. Most of the folks who were there that day agreed the right side of the sole was the place to be that day in the wet.

Crap.

I only hydroplaned on the front straight and it was under braking. It was a good lesson though. I completely blew turn 1 and went around the outside of it but it taught me what it feels like and what to do about it.

I was on MPSS though. They're good in the wet.

Great track walk last night. Some great questions and it was nice to have Steve along for some additional insight and another perspective. Now if this rain would go away...

Got home about 2 hours ago. Stellar 3 days and yes, that track walk was very helpful. Thanks for doing it. Steve too.

Set my own personal best on Friday for WGI and loved the format of the longer sessions, especially that 45 minute "enduro" to close it out today. Loved every minute of those 45.

So nice to see so many old friends again from all over Zone 1, and plenty of new ones as well.

You Canadians are quite the bunch!!

Back at The Glen next week with Niagara.

Thanks again to all the Zone 1 folks for making it happen.

Thanks, that's quit the complement! Glad you had a good time Lou and Rico do all the heavy lifting.

There really is no substitute for the track walk. A real eye opener for sure.

Don't remember anything, but email the Zone 1 folks and find out. Post a link here if you find pics. Email the Zone 1 folks...
