Woah range rider....SRF is NOT silicone based, only DOT 5 fluids are silicone based. A little interweb searching will reveal lots of info on this subject. Here is one:

SRF is a very high performance DOT 4 fluid, but is not silicone based.

EDIT: Note that DOT 5 fluids are always purple to prevent accidental mixing with other non-silicone fluids.
