The casino rooms are nice and the spa has good massages (no happy ending). This weekend was my second time staying at the casino, this time with Irene. We both really like it BUT the service in the steak restaurant this time was abysmal. We waited tooooooo long to be seated and then a lonnnnnggggg time to get our food. But the waitress/waiters were super nice. Steak was good too. I made sure we lost some money gambling as well because the track cars can only consume so much money on a given weekend.

We've got a Spec Cayman for rent! Just shook it down at Road Atlanta last weekend after some updates - it is ready to win!

Arrive and drive program - includes crew, fuel, tires, coaching, and everything you need to be competitive. I will be running it on the test day to do the setup and get baseline data, so you'll have no excuses for not being on pole and setting the track record

Message me for details.

If we don't rent it I will race it myself, but I'd rather see someone new to SPC give it a good run.

Great news Todd, look forward to seeing you there! SPC should be 5 or 6 with your car, we're going to have a good race!

Has anyone reached out to David Murray for the coaching during the test and tune day on Thursday? I emailed him wednesday of last week trying you sign up and then this morning got a “undeliverable” message in my email.

Yes, I reached out to David last week and he was responsive. Check the e-mail address again. Unfortunately, he didn't have enough responses in time so had made plans to arrive Thursday night and will now miss the Test & Tune day.

Run groups are up. Or maybe they've been up and I just noticed.

If I read this right there is just one big enduro consisting of 46 cars? That should be interesting!

FWIW... The Trophy East cars (22) will be in another enduro group. ClubReg is showing them separately now.

Default timing line

evening. thought maybe someone could advise....where does MMC these days have the start/stop timing/lap timing looper buried under the track? many years ago it was north course and for the life of me i cant recall where it was last year. its either on the north straight after the slow hairpin, or the main straight in front of the clubhouse....

Start/Finish is by the Club House and the starter's stand. Pit Out and Pit In and the hot pits for the Enduro are in the north hot pits. So the out lap is longer than a full lap. That's why we schedule extra time between races to allow full 30-minute sprints.

See the track map on CR.net.
