Default New/Old Brake Fluid

I have two sealed bottles (plastic) of Motul brake fluid that are two years old.

Are these still good for track use?

2 questions:
1) How much track use?
2) Do you possibly see yourself looking back and saying "Man, I'm glad I saved that $50."?

I asked myself a similar question about brake fluid recently, then I looked up the price.
Heck, they probably might be fine in most cases, but if you're already having doubts, I promise a week from now, you'll be glad you just bought new.
