my Interesting approach but not sure I agree and what's next? Pay a fine and move on? I received a 13 last year, deservingly so and it did have an affect on my driving as it was on my mind.. Not huge inhibitions but a bit more risk averse and thinking thru consequences. I'd say the 13 worked.
