Default POC HP /weight ratio classification sheet

I'm speaking to POC now regarding the rules regarding the use of "torque" in their HP/weight calculators.
I understand that part of their motivation is in regards to the turbo community, that can do some crazy things with HP and torque with boost, and i think this is their motivation, but there might be a better way.
I'll let you know how it goes.

Here are dyno runs of two same HP, (greatly different torque) cars for comparison
