NT01 tread left, are they still good to go?

That is what I thought too. My rears looked like this after a long day (6-8 25 min sessions) on TWS. Watch for the dimples. When they are gone, I still got 2-3 sessions until they corded.

How about the front guys? Since I am running -3.2 camber and a bit toe out, the side of them seems to be gone quite a lot, should I replace them before the coming 3 days on track?

Man, that's a lotta wear for having -3.2, especially the bottom shot which I assume is the left front. You may be running too little air in them as the centers aren't that worn. I'd at least flip both of them on their rims and run them for as long as they'll last.

HNY Gary, thanks for the comment and I did actually flipped them to track once already, since the track are mainly hard slow turn, -3 + camber is necessary.

I do have a pair spare front and seems such a lot of camber have to suffer running the 2 sides of the tire, I think killing them mostly as I running them on the street too.
