Trailer Door Accessory
I want to decrease the angle of the ramp door when opened, get it 3 to 4 inches off the ground...I'll then be able to attach my loading ramps to the distal part of the door, giving a less severe angle, facilitating the loading of a very low race car.
Looking for those aluminum rectangles that are attached to the top of a closed trailer ramp door to decrease the angle when the door is fully opened. Where can I find these?
Any help will be appreciated.

For my first trailer I made my own, bought a 4x10 sheet of aluminum diamond plate. If you want to buy them, there are places like pitproducts.com that have them.

Why not just replaced the bumpers at the top of the door with thicker ones?

I keep meaning to buy the correct bumpers for my door but in the gap I put a 3 ft piece of 4x4 under the door and use race ramps with 2x4 cut pieces I had laying around between door and slot on race ramps .... perfect angle ....
when not loading car just the flip flop down piece on the door ....

A couple options to consider ...
If your ramp door has rubber bumpers, put sections of square tubing between them and the door to give the additional 3-4" of spacing.
Another option to consider is buying or making ramps to back the rear tires of your tow vehicle onto for loading/unloading. I use 2x10 wood planks stacked and screwed together. This lowers the back of your trailer and makes the angle less severe, and makes is so you don't need such long ramps if your car is extremely low or has long overhang.
In my case I needed to do both of these things to keep my car from scraping the ramp door.
