Default early 911 FIA car?

Anybody know what is required on an early (1965-1968) FIA 911 to be legal to run rennsport reunion?

Motor, tranny, brakes, roll cage, seat, wheels? etc?

Looking at a car and seeing what needs to be changed or kept to be legal.

I would call Bruce Ellsworth at KlubSport or Brady Refenning at 901 Shop, both in Florida. PM me and I'll get you their contact info.

They've taken a ton of 2-liter FIA Appendix K legal cars out there and done well with them at the Rolex Monterey Motorsports Reunion and Pre-Reunion.

Having a legal car doesn't guarantee participation. Suggest you contact Walt Fricke about technical rules and Vicki about participation.

From my experience that seems to be totally unpredictable.

Walt/Vicki for the PCA run group, which has absolutely nothing to do with FIA historic cars...

As to the regular Rennsport run groups, your car needs to be famous. Seriously, it needs to be a real historic raced back in the day Porsche.

Well, that's one way to keep the riff-raff out...

I now realize that as the car i was looking to run is an FIA from the 60's, and would need changes to be PCA legal.... cage etc.
Will need to find a venue for FIA cars if i wish to run it.

To run in the historic groups the car must be as close to original as possible. They need to meet historic rules, very different from PCA racing rules.
