Actually, I remember showers under the tower on either side of the stairs, but I may be mistaken. They're in the central rest room closest to the paddock, according to the facilities map here: https://www.sebringraceway.com/fan-info/track-map

If you walk from the tower towards the back straight paddock area the rest rooms just before you go through the fence have 2 shower stalls in there.
