First time on R comps - which tire?

NT01 are real great ..and last pretty long !
In Laguna Seca, got 5 to 6 sec per lap gain, v.s. my "Hand Cook" !
(Did recorded up to 1.5 lateral G, i.e.. nothing to be compared with "street tires".)
(Old Boxster S, but with PSS9 and adjustable lower arms, underdrive pulley, etc..)
Have two set of Alleggerita, and lazy enough to simply keep the Nitto on, all good, ..but California no rain on good season !
Be sure you have good oil baffle (i.e.: X51 metal type) and also, an oil pan "extension". Some strongly recommend either oil cooler on return line of power steering pump, or underdrive pulley ..as R tires give additional constraint also in the steering.
