Dual rear wheels, long wheelbase. Radical concept. What I like are the STOP signs on the side to psych out your competition. Deploy them at opportune times (whether your stopping or not) and freak people out. Looks like they were chastised for no numbers on the vehicle. Although I do see a sponsor sticker from some school district. Maybe an auto shop class racer..

I drove my SUV on the Circuit Gilles Villeneuve a few years back so this seems perfectly normal to me.

Way back in high school, the only thing worse than being a substitute teacher was a substitute bus driver. Early in the morning, this poor guy picks us up and doesn't know the route. In "helping" him, we guide him down a dead end street that ends in a culdesac in a new neighborhood still being built. I remember thinking can a 40' bus get around one of those? He got it wedged in between the curbs pretty good and finally must have thought the hell with it and he took off across country to get back to the main road - we drove through several unfinished backyards. I still remember the looks on that family's faces as they ate breakfast and watched us go by .
Perhaps that's what happened here, only to protect the little darlings from being triggered, they were whisked off the bus secretly and the news reporter was bribed to say no one but the driver was on the bus.

Three Wheelin'
At one of my first track events years ago at Pocono, some old guy and his wife managed to get their old Chevy onto the track from an access road during one of the track sessions. They were headed the wrong way down the back straight with Porsches whizzing toward them head on. Luckily no one ran into them!

We used to do FX shows for Charlotte Motor Speedway and they used the shows to bring in 200,000 people early and it helped traffic and they paid us the beer and hotdog money in cash. Over the years we blew up school busses, ran cars though school busses and one year we even had a full blown school bus race on the track with a half dozen busses. God Bless Humpy Wheeler for paying us a lot of money to do stupid things with school busses...
My first thought seeing this bus on track was, Done It...
Thanks

true story... years ago i took my daughter 5 ish to a very high brow horse jumping steeplechase event: the "Radnor Hunt" here in suburban Philly.. .full og blue bloods, baskets and chard before noon...anywaty... well we went in " the back way" to find parking in my 88 911 ... the gate was open so we pulled onto the gravel road, we were headed towards the event, going over hill and dale and we could see the club house so we knew we were headed in the right direction, then the gravel road stopped and it turned into pasture like bumps with squashed grass that looked like tire tracks... so we kept going looking for parking or some human...thru another wide open gate ... and suddenly a friggin horse and rider almost collides with the car... .., the girl is saying dad sumthin wrong... we had drove onto the friggin steeplchase chase course!! unbelievable!!
