CVR ADVANCED DE AT WGI OCTOBER 9-10
Registration for CVR PCA Advanced DE at Watkins Glen October 9-10 is now open.
Once again, CVR is running our fall DE at Watkins Glen for Advanced Drivers only. We will have two rungroups and are accepting the following cars: Porsche, Corvette, Camaro, Mustang, Ferrari, Lotus, Lamborghini and all German makes. No SUV’s. Car count will be limited so that overcrowding will not be an issue.
Advanced drivers must have verifiable advanced driving history on ClubRegistration.net or MotorsportsReg.com (five days in White minimum).
All PCA DE rules will be followed, including the use of current harnesses and the submittal of a completed, stamped tech form.
CVR members will have priority for acceptance. PCA members will have 2nd priority.
This should be a great end-of-the-season event, at the track that everyone loves to drive. We hope that you will be able to attend our WGI Advanced DE event.
Gates open at 6:30 a.m. on Mon & Tues. Registration and Tech will be held both mornings
Dinner on Monday night. Dinner reservations required (event option).
Trailer drop-off available on Sunday from 6 p.m. - 8 p.m.
Watkins Glen Harbor Hotel - offers a limited number of reduced guest rooms starting at $159.00 plus tax per night (village view) Sun - Thurs, as available. (607)535-6116 ~ Reference WGI Car Club. www.watkinsglenharborhotel.com
No overnight camping on the WGI property.
Peter Artgensinger will be available for private coaching. An email will go out to all confirmed drivers prior to the event, with coaching sign-up instructions.
