Justinmm2, I will bring my digital down and get a photo of her in full hug...... Doc, she is in fact the "head" salesperson and has been their # 1 seller for over a decade. Knows a ton about Porsche's. Whats even more funny is that up until two years ago. I had another salesperson, and she stole me from him. The losing salesman complained to the GM, and complained that she was always hugging and rubbing on me! But I actually asked to switch because he knew nothing about the product line and only would talk to me if I was in to buy a car. She loves to talk Porsche and shoots the breeze every time I or my friends come in. She is a real car person and works hard for you, great salesperson. The more you buy the more huggin and rubbin you get. Bought 3 cayennes this year, YAHOO!

Les,
After talking with dealers while looking for my GT (Not a Carrera GT, but a 928 GT. Oh well.) they admitted that the retail price is now somewhere around $600k. So, cheer up. You may have done yourself very well. Now if you just live in it for two years and call if home, it's capital gains exempt. Haha.

For 446 big ones and change, i told my salesman that hugs and kisses and a whole lot of other stuff should come with the car. Forget the luggage and car cover!

Come on...when you are paying 440K already, what's another 6K? It's like 1.25%!

And if I get to Vegas, I'd be happy tp pay of 100 bucks of it

I think if people keep offering you $100 (which at today prices, is only 55 pounds sterling ) for ride in your GT. I think that I could muster up a couple of hundred members of the Scottish chapters of PCGB to travel to Vegas, just for the very priviledge!!!!

Hell, we may even make a holiday out of it.

Now, I wonder what kind of Poker they play over there...................

Texas hold em. Everyone gets two hole cards, then 5 are in the middle face up for everyone to use. I think 5 maybe 3 in middle. I'll find out and get back to you.

Okay...this may sound like a car nut gone bad...but I would seriously fly to anywhere in the country to get a ride in a Porsche Carrera GT....so if any of you owners out there would not mind taking a car nut for a ride, feel free to let me know. Heck, I will even buy dinner and a tank of gas.
