I can't believe what I've just watched!!! Season 22 episode 5,they had all 3 cars and could not test them on the track because either McLaren said the 918 will have the advantage of the 4WD on that particular track(which is McLaren's own test track BTW),or because Ferrari said they're not interested in lap times!!! WHAT???!!!! Then McLaren said they'll do the test if it's a customer's car,to which Ferrari's response was that if a customer lets Top Gear test the LaFerrari he will be banned for life to ever buying a limited edition Ferrari!!! WOW!!! Later Ferrari said they'll let them test it but it needs to be a LaFerrari " prepared " by the factory!!!
The only manufacturer that has always been open to any test is Porsche!

Good news!
In the latest Top Gear they've just announced that finally Ferrari and McLaren have agreed to all terms and the test will be happening soon!

I would suggest the Nardo test track. And Porsche wouldn't care, they would just drop off the car at a designated track anyway.

Clarkson needs to go to another home - he reminds me of Howard Stern went on to make 100M's.

I find it humorous he punched someone 20+ years younger.

No one cares about BBC and their thoughts - it's Clarkson that people enjoy.

It's always been with BBC AFAIK.

That's why I think they'll bring him back...too bad about the rest of the season 22,I was really enjoying it...
