I took delivery of the 911 R a couple of weeks ago. The car is still in break-in, but, for better or for worse, AP and team have fine-tuned the R into the easiest-to-drive, manual transmission, high-performance sports car I have ever driven. Much fun without the fear - likely the continuing trend for all sports cars going forward. Makes me feel like I am a better driver than I actually am.

Purchased the car from RM amelia island. Manhattan Motors installed the Kreissieg exhaust for me. Drove it for 200 miles today and I think it sounds a good deal better than stock. Same F1 pitch just louder. Downshifts sound the best...brappppp. It has adjustable valves, we have them set around medium. May try a bit louder...zero drone whatsoever with top on. Happy with it! It sounds very similar to our F50 with straightpipes (X-pipe), and that's the best sounding car IMO. Def recommend the system if anyone is thinking about it.

The longer I own this car, the better it gets. I can't remember feeling that way about any other car.
