Default 959 Service Suggestions?

As some have seen in my previous posts I have a 959 that is currently being worked on by Porsche Classic. I am at a loss as to where I will service it when it gets here. People have suggested I take it to Rennwerke or Manhattan Motorsports. Has anyone had experience with either of them or know of a place other 959s are serviced in the NY Long Island area. Another question, does anyone know where Seinfeld services his cars, or are they done at his facility?

In the USA I'd only ever use canepa for the 959 , what they don't know about them isn't worth knowing, I know it's not close to you but it's really the best solution .

You could try DeMan Motorsport. They are local and I know they've worked on various rare Porsches in the past (959, 962, GT1, etc...).

I had heard so many mixed reviews about Rennwerke that I was scared off a bit. Some say it's THE best place to take a Porsche and others tell horror stories of parts being taken off their car and put on others.

If shipping the vehicle is an option, there's always Tony Callas in Los Angeles.

+1. Also look into Greenwich or Fairfield Porsche. Stop by and ask to speak with their service managers to get a feel for experience.
