All I can tell you is that our dealer in Tulsa will have obtained and sold 3 by July. That's pretty good considering the locale.

I'm still not sure about the 7/05 part, but plan on them all being 05's at this point

ah, so are you hinting they will make them throughout 05 and not change the model year designation?

I don't mean to imply anything but a lack of specific knowledge of the end of the production run..

Highest sales vol should be Champion in Florida. As far as the end of the run being 05 versus 06 like stated earlier, I wouldnt doubt it, production is probably being cut short due to lack of sales, cars are sitting at showrooms and all of the allocations are not filled, production numbers were too high from the start for a $450k car.

we just got one at my dealership yesterday. One thing Ive noticed is that Porsche has changed the look of the key for the CGT. It is no longer the same as the 997/987 keys

Default CGT production

it is my understanding from a reliable source that production has actually increased to two shifts in order to produce the amount of CGT's originally scheduled. Also, no '06 MY due to the cost to meet '06 US safety regs. All will be '05 MY.
The demand for the car is actually staying steady, if not increasing, at least in the more populated sales areas.

the key to the last CGT we sold had the same key mold as what is given on the 997/987 but it had the mottled grey paint scheme like hte key you have shown. The key on our new CGT is more rectangular with a red "GT" on one end. Its a much more ornate key than before.
