This guy should not only recieve a reckless driving ticket, but have his license revoked. There could have been pedestrians on the other side, on the median waiting to cross, or he could have hit a van full of kids head on. People like this not only do not deserve a CGT, but the right to drive any car beyond their capabilities. CGT sales should be to those who have had theiur ability to drive the car skillfully and responsibly confirmed.
