OT: Stated Value Insurance Coverage
Since I've dipped my toes in the holy grail market with a 997 4.0...I wanted to find out which insurance company you guys use for your holy grail cars that are covered for stated value? My car will be registered in titled in Montana to my LLC so curious insurance providers cover single-member Montana LLCs. Currently I have Geico who covers my cars that are registered in NV and MT but not sure if they provide stated value coverage. Thanks in advance.

Stated value is useless as its just a ruse on ACV. You need "agreed value".
Tons has been written about this. Any carrier but Allstate as long as you have a broker who understands Porsche values and will fight for you.

Agreed Value insurance , the ONLY choice.

Just so you know, Montana is cracking down on people who register and title cars in Montana and they don't actually live there, nor are the cars driven there. People are getting sued.

Re: Montana. I think just the contrary. Montana is actually soliciting registrations, offering counseling on LLCs and doing new and renewal registration by mail with PO addresses.
It is probably your state who is cracking down.
Question: Why would Montana care? Similar question, If you were being paid to sell air to the hordes would you care whether they were terrorists, Barry Bonds, Lance Armstrong, Hitler, Manson or OJ?

You can put the 2 cars that qualify for Hagerty no issue. Know what the terms are when you sign up (driving/pleasure use /excluded use etc)
If your left with one car on Intact; you will lose the multi car discount; however the savings with Hagerty will most likely outweigh the loss of the discount.
No reason to change ownership to your wife. No benefits. Just make sure the ownership matches the insurance in terms of "named insured/ownership name". Both you and your wife would be drivers under the Intact policy....

try American Modern. I found them to be $$k lower cost then Hagerty and the other collector insurers.
Agreed value, low miles, collector vehicle, discount for multiple..
