Default Wanted UT Naked Lady 1/18th

Hello! I would like to complete my Porsche collection with this model : UT Porsche 993 GT2 Haberthur, naked lady, scale : 1:18

It has to be mint and in the original box, no dust… Thanks, J.P.

Added a picture of the model I am looking for and pictures of my small collection of Porsche only die cast 1:18. The are two intruders. Pagani Zonda R carbon (in brown box), could not resist ;-)

That is indeed a hard one to come by. I've been hoarding 993 models, myself. There are a couple on ebay right now for 425 and 499 respectively. Not cheap options (one, two).

If you're patient you will find one. I ended up buying a used, without box one for a much better price.

The EVO is the other one I need - just as expensive. Nice collection, by the way!

Thanks Mark! In fact they are getting out of reach since Wolinski tragic death. I had one in my hand in 2008 and decided to buy some Exoto models instead! Ouch…. Do not hesitate to post some pictures of your own collection or may be a link towards pics!

Well, Exoto is not a bad trade off! Here are a couple of pics. I've been trying to narrow the collection down to focus on 993s, and have a number of Turbos, Targas, C2, C2S coupes, GT1s as well - in boxes in the garage somewhere! Still sitting on a a fair number of 996 and 997 variations that I've been working at selling off.

thanks. You sure the Haberthur car will *complete* your collection? You've seen the cars Spirit is putting out, right?? :-)

LOL!!!! I never seen, in person, a Spirit model so far. I saw many on Ebay, they seems to be of a good quality, beautiful and not too expensive. On wednesday I went to a miniature store in Montreal and ask to see three models that I like a lot, the Gumpert Apollo from Autoart and it was $275.00, the McLaren P1 from Minichamps $450.00 and Pagani Zonda Revolucion carbon black $350.00!!!! Expensive taste I got ;-) The prices will force me to stop collecting because I will be retired soon and I got a Porsche to maintain and hope to keep until I'm 90 LOL!!!

As I continue to "try" to downsize my collection, I constantly see other cool cars I'd like to get. I just have to keep thinking like you - I have real one to maintain now! Can't justify spending $200+ for model cars. The money I get from the cars I sell are going to that fund now!

I collect only the UT 993's, Wide Body, RS, and racing versions. I have all 3 versions of the RS, but am missing the Red GT2, all the TTS versions, and few of the racing versions, as well as the Naked Lady and GT2 Evo. Contact me as you "thin the heard"

thanks

Joe

hey Joe - will keep you in mind. I'm focusing on 993s as well. I'll have to check my inventory. Are you looking for mint in box? (I'd probably be keeping those!) I may have a couple extra cars without box - but will have to check.

I somehow *justified* spending over $200 on a car (doh!). I found an Evo and since I'd been looking a long time and it was missing from my collection, had to pull the trigger.

Did you find that nekked lady yet?

Thanks for posting! I bought from this guy in the past and he's a really nice person. I am thinking about it because the price is a bit high....

That's probably about the top of the market, I'd say. I just saw one go for $170 on ebay and http://www.ebay.com/itm/131495736642?_trksid=p2055119.m1438.l2649&ssPageName=STRK%3AMEBIDX%3AIT (not perfectly mint) for $250 obo

Good luck!
