The part number is 8K0860251. Comes on various Audis, VWs, Porsches, and Skodas. The warning triangle fits in a red box which fits in the clips in that compartment. These items are on eBay all the time. Around $15 in Europe. $40-$60 in the US. The cheap Chinese generic ones in the same looking red box on eBay for $13 are close, but won't fit.

It's a great place to store dog treats when you put your dog in the back. My dog has added a combination lock so we can't steal his treats.
