Does anyone have any instructions on how to remove and replace the aluminum (or other interior option) inserts in the front and rear doors? My new-to-me 2015 Turbo has some scratches and small dents in the brushed aluminum, so I'd like to replace those.

The inserts are plastic and are a form of peel and stick. I've seen a write up somewhere?
