Default Lowering a Macan Turbo

Has anyone lowered their Macan? I am considering doing so for my '17 Turbo and was wondering what the ride is like now that it has been done. Are you pleased with the results, from an appearance standpoint and ride?

Comments are welcomed!

We lowered our 2015 Turbo with the H&R springs and consider it a welcome improvement with regard to looks and a slight improvement in handling with a lower CG. The ride is slightly stiffer in that you can feel expansion joints a little more and you want to go over speed bumps a bit slower. My wife likes a firm, sporty ride (the Macan and the MINI GP are hers) so she, too, has no complaints.

Ditto, also not a cheap job to do, really makes me wish I had air suspension

zekeman - think I may have already answered this "somewhere else" but FYI:

Depends if you're on steel or air suspension. With steel you can run a lowering spring or coilover, with the air suspension you either need a lowering module or lowering links. All the available options are here:

For the steel suspension, you're looking at the price of the springs, installation and alignment. Budget around $1,000 +/- $100 depending on your location and their shop rate.

If you have PIWIS you can lower further than factory specs.

My GTS is lowered. I used lowering links. Simple and effective.

Your only options are the H&R or Eibach lowering springs, unless you wanted to go to a full coilover:

Yep, got a quote for H&R locally - ~$1400 installed.

What size wheels are those Mr. richardbf? It's hard to tell the amount of drop in the pix (black/white contrast), but what is the drop in inch with the links?
