Trying to change the driver's side seat setting and manual says to press and hold the "SET" button until the LED comes on, then press either the "1" or "2" button to save the setting...but the LED doesn't light. Any idea what I might be doing wrong? (Yes, I had the ignition on. Yes, the various seat controls on the seat work.)

Interesting. I always just press and release the set button and then hit one of the other buttons. Sometimes I have to do it twice to hear the 'beep.' I've never payed attention to the LED when pressing the set button.

That's odd. Do you ever hear the beep, regardless of seeing a light?

My my first thought is you have a problem. I don't look for the light either, but I always notice the confirmation beep.

I had the same problem last week. Simple fix - you just have to teach the seat where it's hardstops are.

That's the solution! After "re-learning" it's limits, the light came on and I was able to re-set our memories.
