Haha its true Macan base, Macan S, and Macan GTS are of the most value retention "non-specialty" cars on the market.
As long you build the car very basic with just the essentials. If you built a 78k Macan S, prepare for a beating :P
This list is UK though, Aston V8 Vantage does not hold well in the US at all, that's why they had to come out with the cheaper Vantage GT package instead of N430 like rest of world. A1 will also do horrible in the US, haha.

They must not take my wife's car into consideration. 45,000 miles and multiple dings, scratches, and a little curb rash for good measure. Oh, and the holes in the perforated seats are filled with coffee.

having the actual PFS residual sheets on my desk I can tell you that the base macan really has a high residual on the lease deals as well compared to a lot of other cars, I think it's 10-15% higher than an outgoing panamera for instance
