My car successfully paired with the Chamberlain Home Link system, but it works only 4 out of 10 time
And it has to be super close, my car is literally kissing the garage door in order to make it works.

I recently posted this over in another Macan forum. I used the procedure and can state that it works - it worked for me - and it required me to perform the 'extra' step.

yep, my 991 works from 50' away, Macan only a 15-20' away. Plus, the Macan has had to be re-programed. Something is not right ....with the design.
