How many macan owners (car and keys in hand) do we have here?

I got my Macan S the Friday of Memorial Day weekend - love it. I have only seen 2 others on the road - one in Destin, FL and one in Atlanta. I do notice people on the interstate from time to time that pass by, then slow down to get even with me and snap a photo on their phone; so I guess the Macans 'in the wild' are still somewhat rare.

I've had mine for 2 weeks now. My first P-car; before the Macan I was a long time BMW M3 driver but the new M3 just didn't do much for me... plus I wanted something that I could use in the snow.

I don't think I count (yet) until 9/2 or earlier when I sign on the dotted line.
Neither my credit union or Chase will finance the car because I'm doing European Delivery, so I'm going to give a few months of interest to PFS until the car gets here. I do not believe PFS will be able to match my credit union's 1.99%, if they could I'd be happy to give them all the interest, if not, then I refinance it after it gets here with my credit union. So I'm not officially an owner until I owe money (oh wait, I gave 'em $2500 deposit, I'm an owner ;-)
For those considering ED, remember you have to make a VAT deposit equal to 19% of the MSRP. Porsche does not deposit your deposit, they just need to hold a check (and see proof of funds balance to cover the check) until the car leaves port. That one blew my mind, but at least they're not using peoples' money, just more Euro tax shenanigans.

I just read the thread title
I am not yet an owner

Back on topic.. I've had mine for about a month now and other than the alarm issue has been quite the enjoyable car. I still can't get over how smooth the car is!!

Went by my dealer yesterday to get something for my GT3, and, much to my surprise, someone told me that my Macan had just arrived and was behind the dealership awaiting prep. Big surprise. Will take more pics following delivery this week. Happy to see that the Agate Gray interior with the Carbon goes very well with the rest of the car.
