I do not tow anything with my Macan, I rather drive the Cayman to the track. But I open this thread weekly to see Karen's latest "profile" picture.

I came to the same conclusion : Ma can not towing.
Well, a "Porsche" ..with a single piston caliper on the rear, ..looks a bit like a joke, no ?

..Or may be, we have to sell our P track cars and go Radical

If anyone is interested as an update I've hardwired a Prodigy and towed my 6GT3 via my Trailex 7541 successfully, FWIW.

Try a search of her "archives" in other forums but not if you have a heart condition!

Default PCNA Macan Published Tow Rating As Of July 2015

Just to be clear, since this thread has some older posts, the PCNA tech specs for the Macan as of 7-28-2015 say "Towing Capacity = 5291 lb braked, 1653 lb unbraked".

Yep, there it is, plain as day. 5291 pounds. Black and white.

"Towing capacity (braked / unbraked) 5291 lbs / 1653 lbs"

Yesterday I Googled the Porsche website. When I drilled down I saw the 4409 number. Bizarre.
