Fuel Economy

City driving I get about 15 mpg when in Sport mode at times. If I get on the freeway I get as high as 22 mpg but I never seen better than 22 and that with coasting turned on. I have 2,700 miles.

I averaged 22-23 mpg on a road trip from Vegas to SoCal and back, with an avg speed 75 mph on the way there and 69 on the way back (I made a couple stops). Regularly get 17-18 in the city.

While I'd prefer a diesel, I'm not willing to wait another 16 months or more for availability in US. For my kind of driving, the additional fuel cost of non-diesel (S) will likely be only about $300-$500 per year. Plus, I can always trade in 2 or 3 years if I deem it important enough at that time.
