Macan in Colorado
My eagle-eyed 15 year old son and Porsche lover spotted this Macan testing in Silverthorne Colorado this morning. He briefly spoke to driver who told him "this is the most fun car from Porsche he has driven"
Back end was pretty well disguised, I see it also has snow tires for the mountains. Note also the "running boards" rather than side-skirts. Left the Porsche crest on the hood, but no wheel center caps.

thats cool. and awesome to have a son so enthused and knowledgeable about cars!... they probably really enjoyed his enthusiasm versus telling people to **** off like they usually do.

My son asked if it was a Turbo or S, or something different. Driver told him he couldn't say, but that it is pretty powerful. who knows, may be a diesel or some other variation already in testing. I remember seeing a couple blacked out/disguised Panameras at the continental divide close to two years before they were in the showrooms.

Nice! Looks like an S or Diesel based on the calipers and the front end, although it could be disguised.
