Default 2017 Macan engine ticking noise

Had my CPO Macan S for 6 months and I always hear a constant ticking sound throughout . When I accelerate I can hear it i the car. Not sure if this is the normal engine sound or not. I have no codes and 30k miles on the clock.

Any thoughts?

I would think that is probably the fuel injectors.

It's normal for these engines. Same thing affects the 991.2 w/ the 3.0 turbo engines.

Just happened to stumble across this video on YouTube. Us M96 owners have been suffering from cylinder bore scoring for years and the classic symptom is a constant ticking sound. OP, you might want to have your car bore scored. Check this video out. Jump to the 4:25 min. mark.

Thanks - had it checked out and it's normal for sound for the engine. I have Warranty until 2023 and the car is a commuter so I'm assuming if it's bore scoring ... I will have a new engine sometime soon.
