Good deal on a '15 Turbo (out of warranty), would you?

A few updates:
1. I did receive quotes from Fidelity even though the vehicle was currently out of warranty. A 4 year, 60k mile platinum plan was $6,656 on that car.
2. The PPI report came back with valve cover gaskets leaking, lower control arm bushings worn, front rotors need replaced, and, generally speaking, the under carriage held a bit of corrosion (northern car now in Florida so we don't see rust very often). Also, since the valve cover gaskets were leaking, they couldn't confirm whether the timing covers were leaking or not.
Long and short, I passed on it.
However, I did end up purchasing a CPO 2017 "S" with 23k miles on it that has a nice build to it ($69k original MSRP). Best part is that it still has 2 full years of original warranty and I'll have 2 more years with unlimited miles since it was CPO. I drive 20k miles per year so, essentially, at the end of four years I'll have a 100k mile Macan that has been under factory warranty the entire time. I'll post pics later.
Thanks for all of the thoughts and opinions!
