Default 2019 facelift Macan 8-way seats question - Memory?

Considering a simple Macan build for DD purposes. The pre-facelift model offers basic driver seat memory function with the base 8-way seats. Those seats are actually my favorite because of the minimal bolstering - they are very soft and comfortable.

Looking at the 2019 configurator, it appears the facelift model no longer offers seat memory unless you step up to the 14- or 18-way seat type. That would be a shame because, as I said, I find the simple seats to be more relaxing in everyday commute situations.

Can someone confirm if this is true? Is there a way to add memory to the 8-way seats in the facelift model?

If you look under the standard equipment list, Driver Memory Package is shown as standard. If you go to the 3D configurator, it shows the memory buttons when you select 8 way seats.

Remember, you can adjust an 18-way seat to mimic a comfortable fit, but not necessarily the other way around.
