Mine’s a GTS so it already has the ‘GTS’ logos stitched into front and rear headrests from the factory, so this was a nice subtle addition to add the Porsche crest to the interior (besides the small one already on the steering wheel center). It’s surprising how a rather subtle thing like this has such a positive overall impact to the interior.
Any install issues or does the R&R just involve unscrewing from inside the plate to which the new leather piece is attached? Someone could make a fortune (if not jailed by Porsche first) for an embossing stamp that would work...😃

The Macan lid is not a simple ‘unscrew the old one and replace’. It comes attached to two curved arms that connect within the depths of the center console. Some degree of disassembly of the center console is required. I couldn’t find any online instructions and I even posted an inquiry here in Rennlist with no results. So I went ahead and had my P dealer install it. 1.5 hours labor. Not too bad considering the part is rather expensive, so I didn’t want to take a chance and mess anything up attempting it myself with no guidance.
