We have a slot for a 2019 Macan S for July European Delivery in Zuffenhausen. Hoping this will be a helpful thread as the configurator goes live so we can all learn from each other as we go through the ordering process, test drive vehicles, and take delivery.

The car is being produced now and deliveries to China first are in process. Looked on the Porsche/China configurator and it gives some glimpses into the changes: China English Configurator. Hoping the US configurator comes live soon.

We are attending a Cayenne Launch Party at our local dealer in a few weeks. Hoping to see some of the new options that will also be available on the Macan to start getting a feel for what to order.

The Porsche USA website indicates an msrp of $49,900 for the base version of the New Macan. A $2100 increase over the MY18 model.
I'm sure it's just due to extra standard equipment.

The standard LED head lights would eat up a good portion of that increase.

I think that the Navigation software is standard also with the new large screen. I think it's a good thing to make some of these things standard that most of us would end up ordering as options.

The Porsche salesman that I have used the most confirmed to me tonight that new 2018 Macan builds haven't been available for a while now, and that the 2019 is on the configurator now (which I don't see, and I've queried him on that), with the first 2019 Macans due to arrive in the spring at his dealership; he said that orders can be taken now for 2019 Macans.

Update to my last posting: My salesman got back to me this morning, saying that the Configurator with the 2019 Macan is up and running for dealers, so orders can be placed.
Since Porsche Canada already has the 2019 Macan on its public online Configurator, I'm assuming that Porsche USA is fine-tweaking their version, and that the 2019 Macan will be up on the USA Configurator in the next few days. But so far, only the base Macan model for 2019 seems to be on these other Configurators.

Anyone know what new colors will be offered in the 2019 Macan? I just sold my 2016 Boxster S and will be looking to replace my X3 in the next year with either a Macan S or GTS.

Thanks! Want to see Dolomite in person. Sapphire would be another consideration. I love the Carmine, but don't want to spend over $3K on it. Will likely buy in the next year, either new '19 or very lightly used '18 S or GTS.

Thanks for the update. Just to be clear, we're talking about the base Macan, not the "S" since there seems to be zero info on it.

Very strange given how popular this model is for Porsche that there is such a lag time for a mid-cycle refresh. I guess the new Cayenne set the precedent here in the US. The first cars finally arrived the last few weeks long after the initial introduction. At least for that car it's a completely new platform.
