Thank god. If it was calibrated properly it would a good feature but mine is way too sensitive and acts up whenever Fords are around.

It's on the list of standard features: Park Assist (Front and Rear) with reversing camera. It's under the electrical section. The surround ParkAssist is an option.

Will the 2019 Macan S engine be the same as the previous version (2015-2018)?

Same 0-60 times for the Base Macan 2018/2019 so the hp reduction doesn't seem to have an impact.

The new base Macan adds a particulate filter similar to what is used in diesel engines, hence the slight drop in power rating. That filter may be getting used in the S/GTS/Turbo models as well.

Just look at the Panamera engine lineup for what is going to happen to the rest of the non-sports car lineup
Does Porsche explicitly say that the engines are Audi engines or does one have to do some digging to find that out? Basically I am wondering if there will be any confirmation of this before someone actually looks under the hood of a 2019 for themselves. This could help pre-2019 resale values perhaps?

Don't take my word as gospel, but I've seen it written in pretty much all the car magazines about not only the Macan but the Panamera and Cayenne as well.

New 2019 Macan S on the website. If it follows suit, it should be on the configurator shortly.

Yeah. 2019 Macan shares its engine with multiple Audis.
