Default Over-active active radiator shutters?

Every time I turn off my Macan, or even when it's off and I open any door (including the trunk), the active radiator shutters decide they want to put on this performance:

Sounds like maybe the gears / clutch is going bad on the motor? Anyone else have a similar issue? What was the fix?

Thanks

hmmm i get a click clock click clock and vacuum suction sound when I close and lock the doors but it doesn't sound like the noise your car is making. Did you take the car in, what did they say?

No, the car seems to be operating fine and they are still working. The car isn't under warranty so I'm just going to leave it for now. Also doesn't seem like it's happening as much anymore so maybe whatever the issue was is resolving itself.

Have seasonal temperature changes cooled down your garage?

Yeah temps have gone down a bit, but it was still pretty hot last week. That might have something to do with it though.
