A 2018 GTS with those options has a sticker price of about $US 80,000. Let's say the prior owner negotiated well and got a 5% discount, that's about $US 76,000 (ignoring taxes for now). The one year depreciation for this car is therefore about a 16%. Not terrible all things considered.
Whether it is a bargain depends strongly on how well the vehicle was maintained and your needs/wants.
For me, the nannyware LDW and LCA are of zero value, other things are very nice but not must haves. The GTS is tuned to be the most involved driver's version, after all, not the rolling living room full of electronics. The 2018 Macan GTS with no further options is very well sorted and its sticker price is $US 70,000, with warranty and zero wear. But to each his own.
Timing is another factor. This is a tough time because a model refresh is imminent. If rumors are accurate and no $%^&*@ trade war erupts to inflate tariffs on vehicles that the USA doesn't, and won't ever build, for BS "security" excuses, then it is very likely that a wisely optioned 2019 Macan S could have all the power, plus improved goodies on the inside, for no more de niro than last year's GTS. I'd consult a higher power, the spouse, to decide.

Price seems okay.
For comparison, I recently purchased a ‘17 CPO GTS with more options (including Exclusive options) and with only 13,400 miles for $68.5k after a little negotiation from a dealership I’ve purchased from before. And this is in the Wash DC metro area/N VA market.

I just got a white '17 GTS with 21k miles on it, for $66k which MSRP'd for $86k (not CPO'd). Not sure how much the CPO is worth but it doesn't seem like a terrible deal.
