Carplay and Google Maps issue

Hi,
I've been having some issues with the Carplay and Apple* (title is wrong) Maps app.

When I select a destination and press "go" the map loads well (I can see the route) but I get no ETA and no directions, the screen just says "Loading". On the phone directions and ETA shows well.

Any ideas?

Google maps is not supported with carplay. You have to use Apple maps.

Sorry, it's actually Apple Maps (not Google) and just found out it's not supported here.

if you use Apple maps, then you will see the ETA and directions/guidance on the screen. You need to have the connect or connect plus options to get carplay.
