Bought a Macan GTS for the wife and she doesn't know it yet.

Cool, thought that was you! Honestly, if you had used the Bat Boy avatar, I would have instantly remembered. Man, you took a bunch of crap back then; can't recall what it was over and can barely remember the antagonists/protagonists.
Sweet present. Let us know how she likes it. I love my GTS.

I'll see your 'cryin' eyes' and raise a trade-in: After we'd signed the deal for my wife's 981CS, she decided that she didn't want to part with her Z06. Literately, on the drive to the dealership in the Z06, she said 'I don't want to give it up.' We had to redo all the paperwork and I got to write a check for the trade-in value on the Z06. It actually took about 10 minutes to make the SA understand that she still wanted the 981 but wanted to re-do the deal without the trade-in.

Three Wheelin'
That bow came from a Mazda dealer. We bought our daughter a Mazda 3 for her birthday in 2016 (which is near X-mas) and my wife actually had to negotiate the bow as part of the deal. I guess they are not cheap (and that particular dealer was basically dumping Mazdas so his margins were probably quite thin). Anyway, try your Porsche dealer. They typically keep them in a store room and around X-mas put them on cars in the showroom (the bows have a big magnet on them). I can’t believe if you bought a car from them that they wouldn’t let you borrow one (or if they don’t have them they could probably make a call or two and borrow one from another dealer).

I just picked up a cto Macan S for the wife which should be arriving this weekend too. Thanks for the red bow idea, that’ll help make it much more presentable!

How sweet! I keep trying to convince the Hubster to surprise me with a Targa. He did. This is what I got for Christmas: http://amzn.to/2nsaomS

Very very nice gift!!!
Post back after the big event!!
And FWIW I’m okay with “the wife, trophy” or anything of that sort.
I dont like being addressed as “Woman” (instead of my name or “pet name”). As in “Woman - get my breakfast”. One of hubbys friends would say that to his girl of the moment and I never liked that (or him).
That wouldn’t fly with me. Fortunately I chose a good mate. His friend is 62 never been married and probably never will.

I will post afterward. Pretty excited about it. Yeah I'm blessed in having a wife who's not uptight in that regard. I always address her as hunny, babe, sometimes toots... Always playful, never condescending.
