Macan S Mispriced?

Macan S Mispriced?
Can any of you think why this Macan S is listed so far below market value?
PRICED TO MOVE
This Macan is priced $9,500 below Kelley Blue Book.
I live in Oregon and was thinking about driving out there to peek at it. I know I'll end up asking the dealer the same thing, but was wondering reasons you could think of it would be so far below market value.

I am not sure it's actually $9500 below KBB. I think they are stretching reality here.
KBB for a Macan S with 4K miles sold by a dealer lists a range of $58.6K to $64.4K. It sounds like they took the top end for their "$9500 below" marketing line.
The thing is though, this looks like a very bare Macan. The only options as far as I can tell are the 20 inch wheels.
There is nothing wrong with a 'bare' car. It just wouldn't fetch anywhere near the top end of that KBB value range. If you build a brand new 2018 with 20" wheels as the only option on the car you get a $58K MSRP. And I believe the 2018s come with more standard equipment than the 2017s.
So the marketing, as usual, is probably a bit misleading.

Three Wheelin'
MSRP was $57k. I would say it's grossly over priced. I can walk into a local Porsche dealer today and get any 2017 or 2018 new Macan at 7% below MSRP. So this one for $53,000 brand new no miles. And they are asking $55,000 with almost 5,000 miles. Grossly over priced.
