Noisy 19" Tires

Running Pirelli Scorpion Verde 19" tires on my '17 Macan that are very noisy at speed. Ride and sound more like run-flats, if you've had that experience. Any suggestions to improve to get a quieter ride?

sorry to say but only the Michelinâ€™s are quiet.
I just took delivery of a gtsand made sure it had Michelinâ€™s. magic carpet like ride

I have these tires on mine and I think they are very hushed. We have a 2016 Audi S3, and it's a lot more quiet at speed than the Audi.
