Default Clunky PDK - New Tramsmission

My 2016 Macan S with 20K miles has developed a rough down-shift in sport from second gear to first. This happens when slowing down to a stop. (although not all the time) It's a noticable clunk at times. The transmission shifts perfectly all other times. My local Porsche dealer drove the vehicle and noticed it right away. The tried a software update with no success.
Porsche is now replacing the transmission.

Yikes! It should be fine once it's done though. My 2016 Turbo got a new transfer case & front drive shaft when it was 8 months old. It's good as new now.

I have a 2015 Turbo with 26K, getting a vibration/shudder at 1050 RPM while downshifting, from whatever gear. Also vibrates, while trying to maneuver in tight spaces(parking).
Going in tomorrow. Dealer thinks its PDK, I think transfer case. we'll see :-(
