I maintained speeds of 155 mph on the autobahn for hours back in the 80's it was a blast. Just don't look out the side windows. When I finally arrived in Rotterdam to ship the 911 to the US. I had a couple of beers and suddenly the world was spinning. It was like a rubber band propellor being released and all that speed caught up to me at once.
The Macan is a very capable vehicle can't wait for my GTS to arrive.

I've beaten on a Macan GTS at the L.A. PEC track and was truly impressed at its capabilities for what it is. Have not driven my own GTS on a track.....yet!

Paul...I've done this twice at Laguna Seca in my '15 Macan S. I get a similar reaction every time. I ran with my Aim Solo and was pulling 1:50s, which is about even with a 993 Turbo! The Macan can certainly hold its own.
As a side note, your passenger in that video is an old friend and instructor of mine–quality, quality guy! Next time you see him you'll have to ask him about Nathan with the red 996. He mentioned you in a FB post I made about my Macan at Laguna Seca.
Small world!

My Macan GTS pushes when driven that hard, but I'm running the 20" Michelin all seasons, not summer P Zeros. Great video.
