Default Body shop recommendations in DFW?

My better half was pulling her Macan out of the garage this morning and caught the left corner of the front bumper on the power gate that was still opening Damage looks like someone with a lot of muscle and not a lot of patience was trying to take the bumper off: everything is just pulled out forcefully from the trim slots, the bumper cover is of course mangled. Was wondering if someone has a good word to say about any of the body shops in north DFW area (I'm in Plano). In the past I've been using Huffines @ Coit & Plano, but I doubt they are Porsche certified...

Not in North Plano but I would highly recommend Stuart's. I have used them twice with outstanding results on both a BMW and a 96 911.

I am in Southlake TX. I got some hail damage to my 911. Anyone have experience with Park Place in Grapevine?
I'm deciding if I should do Stuarts or Park Place, as Stuarts is a 30+ min drive and also 4-6 weeks before I can get in.

By now I have also used Stuart's twice (once with my 991 which got "lightly" rear ended a year ago) and was very, very happy. They do indeed tend to be busy

Try Trade Secret in Plano too. They are Audi and Tesla certified. Should have no problems with Porsche but they too are busy and probably expensive since I'm guessing you aren't going after your spouse's insurance.

If you're a PCA member, you can check with your club chapter to see if there's any Porsche-approved body shops in your area.

I would guess that in an area like DFW, there's probably at least one?

stuarts does great work. Can take a little time to get in, but they are Porsche certified. Park Place Porsche in Grapevine opens July 23. I’m not sure where they will do their body work, but probably Park Place Bodywork in Grapevine.

Stuart's is definitely a go-to for high end cars but not the only option. I'd call Park Place Porsche on Lemmon - they have their own certified Bodywerks facility there and you can shoot straight down the tollway. I'd feel comfy that they would do you right.

Looks like I got confused about who I was responding to - Park Place Grapevine just opened (I think) and I'm sure they would send it down to Dallas anyway. If it is just hail damage there are a ton of very good companies in the metroplex that can handle that for you - it's amazing how good they are.
