Default Passengers "Bit" by seatbelt

So twice now my wife has gotten in our Macan GTS, fastened her seatbelt then went to adjust her position in the seat and gotten bitten by something in the area of the seatbelt!!

I am not sure if it's a pinch from the mechanism or if it's the exposed piece of chrome from the seatbelt sitting in the sun by the window.

I haven't had any such luck figuring it out but I see the mark it leaves on her arm for a week!!!

Anybody have any ideas and/or experience with this??

Not to sound like an ***, but I'd say the only way to find out is if she pays attention to what she's doing while she fastens, goes through the process slowly, and tries to pinpoint where it's coming from as she fastens the belt.
